Confidence Coaching is a research-back, customized coaching program for artists experiencing performance anxiety. Using the most current empirical research on how performance anxiety developed, persists, and can be managed. After assessment, the coach works one-on-one to develop a management plan to help the client over-come and manage their anxiety symptoms.
